Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to return any item. This exceeds the 14-day minimum required by French consumer law.
Return Conditions
To be accepted, returned items must:
— Be in their original, unworn, and undamaged condition
— Include all original packaging
— Be accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation email or invoice)
How to Return an Item

Step 2: We’ll send you return instructions by email.
Step 3: Ship the item in appropriate packaging to the address provided.
Return Shipping Costs
— Defective product or shipping error: return shipping covered by Dress Your Wrist
— Change of mind: return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
Refunds
Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. The refund will be credited to the original payment method (credit card via Stripe or PayPal).
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item for a different model or size, contact us at*******@************st.com. Subject to availability, we’ll process the exchange as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
Personalized or engraved items cannot be returned or refunded, unless there is a manufacturing defect.
