What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) via Stripe, as well as PayPal. All transactions are 100% secure and encrypted.

Is my payment information safe?
Absolutely. We never store your card details. All payments are processed through Stripe and PayPal, which use industry-leading encryption and security standards.

Can I modify or cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we can modify or cancel it. Contact us as soon as possible at contact@dressyourwrist.com. Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled, but you can return it under our return policy.

Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes, you’ll receive a confirmation email immediately after placing your order, and a second email with your tracking number once your package has been shipped.

Shipping

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping worldwide on every order — no minimum purchase required.

How long does delivery take?
Delivery times depend on your location: 3–7 days for France, 5–10 days for Europe, 7–14 days for North America, and 7–21 days for the rest of the world. See our Shipping page for full details.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. Free of charge.

Will I have to pay customs fees?
Depending on your country, customs duties or import taxes may apply. These fees are set by your local customs authority and are the customer’s responsibility.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return any item. The product must be in its original condition, unworn, and in its original packaging. See our Return & Refund Policy for full details.

How do I return an item?
Email us at contact@dressyourwrist.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll send you the return instructions.

How long does a refund take?
Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.

Can I exchange an item?
Yes! Contact us at contact@dressyourwrist.com and we’ll arrange an exchange, subject to availability.

Products

Are your bracelets handmade?
Many of our bracelets are handcrafted by skilled artisans using natural stones, premium leather, and high-quality metals. Each piece is unique.

Are your products hypoallergenic?
We use high-quality materials, but if you have specific allergies, please check the product description or contact us before ordering. We’ll be happy to help you find the right piece.

How do I find my bracelet size?
Measure your wrist with a flexible tape measure or a piece of string, then add 1–2 cm for a comfortable fit. Size guides are available on each product page.
