At Dress Your Wrist, we believe great style shouldn’t come with shipping fees. That’s why we offer free shipping on every order, everywhere in the world — no minimum purchase required.
Estimated Delivery Times
France (mainland): 3 to 7 business days
Europe: 5 to 10 business days
North America: 7 to 14 business days
Rest of the world: 7 to 21 business days
These timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on your location, customs processing, and local postal services. Delivery times begin from the date of shipment, not the date of order.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
Tracking
A tracking number is provided with every order. You’ll receive it by email once your package has been dispatched. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for tracking information to update.
Customs & Import Duties
For international orders, please note that customs fees, import duties, and taxes may apply upon delivery. These charges are determined by your country’s customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer. Dress Your Wrist has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
Delivery Issues
If your package hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at contact@dressyourwrist.com. We’ll investigate with the carrier and find a solution — whether that’s locating your package, reshipping your order, or issuing a full refund.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately — we’ll do our best to update the address before shipment.
